Our first visit to our new home

Danny, the kids and I went up to Nebraska yesterday to meet the moving van and check out our new homes in Chappell and Sidney. We were welcomed heartily by a few members from each church. They showed us around the church and parsonage in Chappell, then we headed out to a members house to meet the moving company. A member very graciously allowed us to store our belongings in his shed until we move into our home in August. After the moving company unloaded our things, we went to check out the Sidney church. We did not see the inside of the parsonage because the current Pastor is still living there. The boys were their normal outgoing selves. Patrick was introducing us to everyone and telling us all to hug. Brennen was getting into everything and making himself right at home. I took a few pictures but there will be more once we actually move in. We are even more excited to get started now that we have actually seen both places!

The backyard of the parsonage in Chappell. At the time, we did not know which parsonage we were going to be living in so I did not take a ton of pictures. But we receive the news this morning that we will be living in Chappell in his house. So, this is our backyard! It is fenced with a garden and grape vines.
