Making Grape Jam

We have a concord grapevine in our backyard. The Pastor who was here before us used to make wine with the grape. I was no as adventurous but I did attempt grape jam. Patrick helped me pinch the grapes to separate the skins from the flesh. It was a long process but it was a lot of fun as well.
